Our shopping cart requires that your web browser accepts "cookies".A cookie is a small piece of data which is sent from a web server to a web browser and stored locally on your computer. Our Shopping Cart uses cookies to maintain the contents of your Shopping Cart before you Checkout.

If you experience problems with adding items to our Shopping Cart, try the following:

  • Make sure your web browser is set to accept cookies. For help with this check here (AOL users check here).
  • In rare cases, it is possible for you to still have problems adding items to the Shopping Cart even if your web browser is set to accept cookies. To correct this problem please delete your cookie file. For help with deleting your cookie file check here. We apologize for this inconvenience.
  • Use our Contact Us link or call us 301-668-0837 during regular business hours to place your order. We can accept all major credit cards over the phone. Please do not include a credit card number via email as it is not secure.
  • Payment Options

You can choose from:

  • Credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover) as processed by Paypal. You do not need to sign up for a Paypal account.
  • Paypal: Can accept payment from your existing Paypal funds or any credit card or bank account you have attached to your Paypal account.
  • Store Credit with In-store Pick up (within 7 days). Ask us about how you can find out how much store credit you have using our consignor/seller login!) We only reserve unpaid orders for one business day, so if you do not have enough store credit to cover your purchase (including sales tax), we'll call you to take credit card payment over the phone. Due to space limitations we ask that you pickup your purchase within 7 days to avoid storage fees.
  • Sales Tax

We charge 6% sales tax for all shipments within the state of Maryland as well as for in-store pickups.

  • Ordering by Phone

To order by phone, call 301-668-0837. Please have sku numbers available to ensure accuracy. We do need to give priority to in-store customers, so please understand if we need to call you back at a later time.

  • How to Cancel or Change an Order

To change or cancel your order, please call us immediately at 301-668-0837 and reference your order number as we strive to ship your order within 1 business day. If your order has not been shipped yet, we are happy to assist with changes and can also cancel and refund your order if necessary.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.  If this is the case, you can either refuse delivery or return the order to us at your expense. We will refund the cost of the item(s), but cannot refund the shipping charges.

  • Pricing Policy/Price Match

Price Policy:

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
  • We offer NEW as well as "Previously-Loved" items. Our "Previously-Loved" items are generally priced at 25% to 75% of NEW depending on many factors including condition and how complete it is as well as our current stock for that item. For our new items, we attempt to be competitive with the prevailing retail price in keeping with any manufacturer's guidelines.

Price Match:

  • For used items, if you find the exact item, in new condition offered elsewhere on-line for immediate shipment (must be in-stock) for less than 25% more than our used price, let us know and we'll be happy to see if we can adjust our price. Just send us their link.
  • For new items, we price at the manufacture's suggested retail price or below in accordance with the manufactuer's policies. If you find the exact item in new condition offered for less elsewhere, let us know (we'll need a link) and we'll be happy to see if we can match their price. The competitor must regularly stock the item (authorized dealer, not a liquidator) and the item must be available (not on back order).
  • Costs of shipping will also be considered in determining any possible price-match.
  • It is not our practice to negotiate our prices as we have a responsibility not only to our business but also to our consignors.
  • International Orders

We are happy to accept international orders from English-speaking customers (simply to avoid any misunderstanding), with payment via Paypal including a confirmed address. If your country is not supported by confirmed address, then we cannot ship to you at this time. All prices are payable in US dollars.

Any customs or brokerage charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your local authorities to determine these costs before you place your order.

Completing eBay Purchases:

  • Purchasing:

We offer rarer items or items on clearance for sale on eBay. This is a great opportunity to win items at less than what they may have originally been offered for in-store or on our main website. Once an item has bids on eBay, we are required to let the auction run it's course. So if there is an item you are interested in that has bids, you will need to have the winning bid in order to purchase it. 

  • Shipping Charges:

Once you have won an eBay item, using eBay to checkout will provide you automatcally with the correct shipping charges and allow you to pay on-line with Paypal. If you won multiple items, please wait for us to send you an adjusted combined invoice to ensure that the shipping charges are correct. If you wish to combine an eBay purchase with a purchase from our main website, please contact us so we can manually calculate the combined shipping charges for you.

  • In-Store Pickup:

For local customers, we always welcome in-store pickup at no additional shipping or handling charge. We just ask that you complete payment (either over the phone or through paypal) within 1 business day and complete pickup within 7 days as storage is limited.

You can also pay in-store with cash or any major credit card. Due to added fees charged by eBay, we do not accept store credit as a payment option for eBay purchases.

  • Feedback:

Our system is automatically set up to award positive feedback upon receiving payment. We ask that you provide us positive feedback upon satisfactory receipt of your purchase. If you feel we do not deserve positive feedback, please contact us and let us know how we can earn it.  We are human and mistakes are sometimes made, but we'll do everything possible to make it right.

In using Paypal to process your payment, all your credit card information is handled over secure lines directly with Paypal. We will never even see your financial information, just the payment.

Your other personal information, including name address, phone, and email are used strictly to complete your order and will not be shared with any third party. Only our employees assigned to process your order will have access to your information. We automatically add you to our newsletter which is sent 1-3 times a month, but you have the option to remove yourself from our list.

Shipping & Returns:

  • Shipping Options

We offer many different shipping options to suit your needs. Each option offers a different delivery time frame. However, all options require time to process the order before shipping. Generally, this takes about 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and will be noted as such. Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive these items.

All items on your order will be shipped together as our shipping quote is discounted based on the actual shipping weight. Keep this in mind when ordering as pre-order items will delay your shipment until all items are in-stock.

If you need an item shipped sooner, please contact us or call us at 301-668-0837 to see if we can accommodate you. Unless you have contacted us prior to your purchase to confirm, we cannot guarantee overnight shipping will be shipped the same day payment is made.

  • APO/FPO Delivery

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please select "First Class" or "Priority Shipping " during the Checkout process. There may be some oversized items that may be too big to ship via Priority. If that is the case, we will notify you to cancel your order or provide a state-side address.

  • Shipping Costs/Free Shipping

We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item plus a small handing charge on the first item to help defray packaging expenses. To determine your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required. Don't worry about adding items to the Shopping Cart. You can remove them at any time.

If you fing that no shipping options are available except for "In-Store Pickup", then you have added an item that we have not set up for shipping or the combined weight of the order is too heavy to ship.

If an item is set for "In-Store Pickup" only, please check with us to see if we possibly can ship it.

If the combined weight is too heavy, please split your order in order to allow for calculated shipping.

To qualify for "Free Shipping" certain requirements must be met. Please click the "Free Shipping" icon for details.

  • Items Damaged in Shipping

If you receive a damaged item in your order please DO NOT return the item(s). Instead, contact us and a representative will assist you in filing an insurance claim for your damaged items and issuing a replacement if available.

"Previously-loved" items are often one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced and will be refunded. New items from manufacturers we regularly order from can be replaced.

In the event that Enkore Kids requires the damaged merchandise returned, we will assume the responsibility for the return shipping charges, by sending you a pre-paid shipping label. Please keep the damaged item(s) and packaging for at least 5 business days in case the insurer requires it.

  • Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Enkore Kids purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt (7 days for items that are picked up in-store) and receive a 100% refund (less original shipping charges or actual shipping charges if your purchase was sent with free or reduced shipping).
