If it doesn't fit or is otherwise not right for your child, it isn't a bargain at any price. That's why at Enkore Kids we have a 7-day Return
Privilege. For clothing, just leave the tag attached and for other toys or equipment leave the store price sticker in place and return it
with the receipt within 7 days for a full-refund (the same way you paid) or exchange (your choice). New items must be in their original wrapper for a refund.
Defective Baby Einstein videos and CDs items may be exchanged for the same title only, we can exchange it at the store or you may contact
Baby Einstein directly at (800) 793-1454 and they will overnight your replacement to you and arrange for free shipping of the defective
item back to them.
Though we carry hundreds of products from Melissa & Doug and Baby Einstein, dozens of Robeez, and over 30 colors of Finishing Touches Hair Bows, due to space limitations and customer demand there are some we don't stock on a daily basis. So if you ever know of a product you want that we don't have from these great companies, let us know so we can special order it for you. See our eBay store for a partial list of what is currently available from Melissa & Doug. We can also order any Finishing Touches Hair Bow. We have a color chart at the store or you can visit their site.
Store credit received in exchange for your "previously-loved" items is as good as cash for purchases made within Enkore Kids. It can be used on all items we carry and in conjuction with all other sales, coupons, and offers (with the exception of our periodic Buy More Save More Sale, which is calculated after store credit is applied). And it never expires. We keep track of it for you in our computer system (backed up daily, with paper copy also kept on file) so there is never any worry of you losing your receipt or even forgetting you have it. When you give us your name to make a purchase with us, we'll immediately see if you have any store credit to apply towards your purchase and let you know.
Due to extra fees incurred with
eBay, we cannot accept store credit
(or other coupons or offers) for eBay purchases. Also, some auctions may have more limited return privileges. Please see each
individual listing for details. However, there are never any additional handling or shipping charges for picking items up at
Enkore Kids. Please notify us when to expect you as most of our eBay items are stored off-site and though we can often get
your purchase to the store within an hour or two staffing constraints (especially on the weekend) may require up to 48 hours.
Stretch your dollars even further by joining our Frequent Buyer & Seller Club. How it works: For every twenty five dollars you spend in one visit, you get a stamp. After twenty six stamps, you get an additional $50 in store credit. Store credit received for selling us items will count towards stamps when spent.
Register your Club Card with us and don't worry about losing it. We'll keep track for you!

We have a fully-enclosed 6'x5' padded playyard complete with toys, a chair, and a child-appropriate video to watch to keep your little one entertained while you shop. Just don't leave the store without them as unattended children may be sold!At Enkore Kids, we know that the key to our success is making our customers and suppliers partners in our success. So at Enkore Kids, we reward you for referring new customers to us. Just give your friends a referral coupon available at our store or by down loading here, and put your name and/or account/receipt # on it. When your friend brings it in on their first visit, they get a discount on their first purchase and you get $1 in store credit added to your account! There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can earn.
And referring new customers helps you in other ways as well. What's more important than free money, you ask? Well, the more new customers and suppliers, the more items we can accept and the more we'll have to offer!When you bring your items in to us (by appointment) we do ask that you pre-screen them for acceptability. However, if there are some few items we can't accept at the store but still have use left in them, we can donate them to CareNet or Goodwill and provide you a non-itemized receipt (if requested) so you can take the deduction at tax-time! We do reserve the right to limit this privilege if more than 25% of the items brought to us are not acceptable due to limited time and space to store donated items.
