Where do you get your materials? I was raised on the thrift ethic - save money, buy second hand, pass on usable items no longer needed, etc. So when I decided to branch into sign making, I follow that philosophy here as well. It may mean I can't offer every wood type, size, or thickness, but it means I can keep costs lower and help save new retail wood for others as I help old wood and materials find a new home. I find wood and other usable materials through auctions mostly, but also various sharing sites.
