As a Token of Our Appreciation
For every 5 registrations, we'll be giving away a $5 Gift Certificate (they will be randomly placed in the Goody Bags). Once we reach 25 pre-registrations, we'll randomly add a $10 Gift Certificate. We will be hosting a silent auction and fund-raising raffle, so be sure to bring money, too (credit cards, check, and cash all accepted). Yes, winners must be present for raffle prizes to be awarded, though silent auction winners do not need to be present (we are allowing for bidding via facebook).
We are also anticipating having 50 goody bags which will be presented to the first 50 pre-registered participants that complete check-in by 10:15 am. Stay tuned to our facebook page for Goody Bag sponsors as they become available.
Donate to Support the Real Diaper Association or our Washington County League of Adoptive and Foster Families
As the host, Enkore Kids is contributing to the Real Diaper Association, a 503(c) for each participant. However, please consider making an additional voluntary donation when you check in on April 23rd. Cash or check is fine and receipts will be provided for tax purposes.
Please also consider donating cash or your used (but still useful!) cloth diapers for our local diaper closet. While we are not a 503(c) organization (it is an expensive process), we have partnered with the Washington County League of Adoptive and Foster Families to enable your contributions to be tax-deductable. If you know of any other organizations that would like to partner with our diaper closet, please contact us!

An Event for the Record Books We NEED your HELP!
Even if it's just mentioning the event to your friends and on your blog or facebook page, please take a moment TODAY and everyday to encourage folks to attend an event in their area and to pre-register like you did.
If you have the time, other ways you can help include:
- Asking local businesses to contribute to our goody bags in return for mentions on our facebook page and website.
- Writing letters to the editor mentioning our event and the importance of cloth diapering as a way to celebrate Earth Day everyday!
- Posting about our event on your Blog & Facebook
- Getting flyers and/or posters from us to distribute:
- Pediatricians & OBGYN's
- Daycare providers
- Grocery Stores & Organic Markets
- Local independent stores (corporate stores often won't allow flyers, but you can still ask)
- Bulletin Boards that allow non-profit use
